These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EtheReal and the readings, tools, products, and services we offer. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who we are
EtheReal is operated by EtheReal Innovations OĆ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17549983, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia. In these Terms, "EtheReal", "we", "us", and "our" refer to this company. EtheReal offers natal charts, algorithmic compatibility readings, a book, optional one-to-one consultations, a digital natal card, Patreon memberships, and related features.
2. Our readings are for insight and reflection
EtheReal's readings and compatibility scores are offered for personal insight, exploration, and reflection. They describe astrological interpretation and resonance. They are not a guarantee regarding any real person, relationship, or outcome, and they are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise). Any decision you make based on a reading is your own responsibility.
3. Early access and no fixed launch date
EtheReal is still being built, and some features are offered in early access. There is no fixed or promised launch date for the full platform. Early-access features may be limited, may change, and may not represent the finished product. Benefits described as beginning "at launch" will be provided when the corresponding feature becomes available; we will act in good faith to deliver them, but we do not commit to a specific date.
4. What you can buy
EtheReal offers, among other things:
- Compatibility readings and other digital readings, delivered electronically;
- a digital ebook and (through third-party retailers) a print edition;
- optional one-to-one consultations, arranged and invoiced separately;
- a digital natal card, which may include a feature letting another person purchase a compatibility reading against your chart (see section 7);
- Patreon membership, as a recurring monthly membership or a one-time gift, offering defined benefits (see section 6).
Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you purchase. Certain rewards (such as free or discounted readings) may be unlocked through referrals or completing a survey, subject to the rules shown at the time.
5. Purchases and payments
Payments for products and readings are processed by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record ā the specific provider used depends on what you're purchasing ā or, for one-to-one consultations, by direct invoice. Patreon memberships are billed, managed, and cancelled directly through Patreon, under Patreon's own terms; we do not process or store your Patreon payment details. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge for the product, service, or membership you select. You are responsible for providing accurate information; because a reading depends on the birth details you enter, please check them carefully before submitting.
6. Patreon membership
Our Patreon membership is a commercial exchange for defined benefits, not a donation, offered as an ongoing monthly membership or as a one-time gift ā both set up and managed entirely through Patreon. Monthly membership benefits may include things like community access, early looks at what we're building, and tier-based priority (such as in Q&A or a live stream). One-time gifts may unlock things like a distinct look within the platform, a period of Premium access from launch, and priority features, depending on the amount given. The specific benefits available at each tier are described on Patreon itself. Benefits described as available "at launch" are provided when the corresponding feature becomes available (see section 3). Because Patreon handles billing and cancellation directly, your Patreon membership is also governed by Patreon's own Terms of Service.
7. The natal card
The natal card is a digital product displaying a name or username of your choosing (not your birth details) together with eight chart placements and EtheReal branding. It includes a QR code which, while you keep it switched on, lets another person pay for a compatibility reading between their own chart and yours; that person enters their own birth details and receives the same compatibility reading format as any other compatibility reading, but never sees your underlying birth details. You can switch this feature on or off for your card at any time. Switching it off prevents new purchases from that point forward; it does not cancel, undo, or refund a purchase already completed.
8. Delivery and digital content
Digital products and readings ā including the natal card and any compatibility reading generated through it ā are delivered electronically, by email and/or through your account. For instantly delivered digital content, you may be asked to agree that delivery begins immediately and to acknowledge the effect this has on the statutory right of withdrawal (see our Refund Policy).
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not affected.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
11. Referral program and connection features
Our referral program lets you earn rewards for introducing others who sign up and verify their email. We may set reasonable rules to prevent abuse (including blocking disposable email addresses and disallowing self-referrals), and we may adjust or end the program. Rewards have no cash value unless stated. Referral rewards and Patreon membership are separate programs and may be held together. Our optional connection features are voluntary, involve no fee, and share your contact details with another person only where both people agree, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site ā for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, submit large volumes of automated requests, or copy, probe, or reverse-engineer our systems, models, or proprietary methods. The methods and algorithm behind EtheReal are proprietary and confidential, and attempts to reconstruct them are prohibited.
13. Intellectual property
All content, designs, text, the book, and the underlying methods and algorithm are owned by EtheReal Innovations OĆ or its founder (as applicable) and are protected by law. The book is used under licence from its author. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any of it without permission.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EtheReal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as EtheReal develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
